One of our all-time favourites, Teen Wolf, is about to make a reappearance as director, Russell Mulcahy, gears up for a Teen Wolf movie. The movie is set a few years in future, with Scott, everyone’s second favourite Alpha trying to navigate the world of adulthood and jobs away from Beacon Hills. That is, of course, until trouble comes knocking as it always does.

A Teen Wolf movie might seem premature considering it has only been a couple of years since the series ended but fans are definitely not complaining. Some are of the opinion that the movie was formulated as a launchpad for the spin-off series, Wolf Pack. While most fans of the series would watch the movie out of a sense of obligation and a compulsion to find out how it plays out, the plot is intriguing in of itself with Allison Argent coming back to life under, as at the moment unknown circumstances. We hope the finished work is as interesting as the teaser promises.

A good number of the original cast from actors like Linden Ashby, Tyler Hoechlin, Holland Roden and Dylan Sprayberry will be featured in the movie. However, it seems everyone’s favourite character will not. Mieczyslaw Stilinksi, popularly known simply as Stiles, played by Dylan O’Brien, will not be making a reappearance in the series much to my dismay because the actor’s schedule is packed full. While Stiles was not the titular character, for me, in many ways, his character made the show the success that it is. His absence for the majority of the last season left many fans, myself included, unsatisfied. It is difficult to picture how a Teen Wolf movie without Stiles and his witty remarks would go but we can only cross our fingers and hope.

The movie is set to be released in October, 2022 and I think I speak for all fans when I say, we can’t wait. Mark your calendars, Teen Wolf lovers. Christmas is coming early for us this year!
