ACCRA, GHANA- The second half of the year appears to be a productive year for young enterprising brownites, who are taking matters into their own hands to plan for their future, acquiring necessary skills to aid them on the path to success.
Joining the cohort 11 of this year’s YALI Programme, which started on Monday, August 13 are Olamide Oladipupo (2014 Medical Set), Busayo Omotosho (2014 Medical set) and Priscilla Awoyomi (400L, Medicine and Surgery).
With an all expense paid trip to Accra Ghana for a three-week long training in Public Policy and Management, these three are on their way to becoming Fellows of the YALI Programme, awarded with certificates of participation, and engage in mentoring younger leaders as a YALI Alumnus
“It’s been wonderful so far,” Priscilla Awoyomi said, “learning strategies specific to leadership and policies. Meeting people from various backgrounds and countries passionate about Africa and her development has been great”
